So today I dislocated my shoulder. I was practicing a stunt for P.E, which involved me jumping over someone, and landing on my hand, then doing a forward roll. It normally goes fine, but this time I got a bit freaked, and put my hands out, and landed smash on my shoulder. I went to the nurse to get some ice, and they said I was fine. I got home, and I was in agony. The doctor came and told me it's dislocated, and now I have to go and get it popped back in tonight. I'm not looking forward to it at all.
